Dr. Emily Wohlford
Dr. Wohlford, a proud Georgia native with dual citizenship in Canada, embodies a truly international perspective. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University in 2008, followed by the pursuit of her passion, leading her to the University of Georgia, where she achieved her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Ever since, Dr. Wohlford has been dedicated to practicing small animal medicine in the vibrant communities of Roswell and Marietta.
A strong believer in the importance of family, she shares her local life with her loving husband and their energetic son, along with a cherished dog and two rescue cats. When not nurturing the health and well-being of animals, Dr. Wohlford finds solace in spending quality time with her loved ones and satisfying her wanderlust through captivating travels around the world.


Dr. Angeline Ware
Dr. Ware grew up in Columbus, Georgia and took a bit of a winding path to veterinary medicine. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she began a career in IT, designing and writing software for a large company in Atlanta. After many years of coding, she decided to follow her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. After graduating from the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine, she has practiced small animal medicine and surgery in the metro Atlanta area for two decades.
She’s a compassionate advocate for the well-being of animals in her care, in addition to being especially passionate about owner education.
Her outside interests include hiking, spending time with family and close friends, and just hanging out with her sweet geriatric cat, Myrtle.
Meet Our Dedicated Team

Leslie
Leslie is from the Atlanta area and now lives in Marietta. She has two grown sons, 2 dogs (Ellie and Red) and a grandson she tries to visit as much as possible. During her free time she enjoys the gym, hiking, spending time outside and cooking. When time allows Leslie enjoys traveling and one of her favorite adventures was a 7 day sailing trip in the British Virgin Islands. Her summer weekends are spent on the lake with her friends or pitching her tent and kayaking.

Ashley
Ashley was born in North Georgia and relocated to the Kennesaw area to pursue her education at Kennesaw State University. She grew up loving all things animal and science and decided at a young age that her heart was in the veterinary field. She began her first animal care job as a kennel technician while in high school and began as a veterinary assistant in 2022. Ashley has plans to further her career in veterinary medicine by attending veterinary school in the future, hoping to specialize in reproductive care. Ashley gets excited to greet each patient and family to Express Vets and provide them the upmost care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her yorki-poo, Iver, reading new books, and visiting family.
